Introduction and Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bet9ja platform and all its services — including online sports betting, casino games, live casino, and other entertainment services. By accessing the website or creating an account, the user is considered to have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms.

Membership and Registration

• Only one account may be opened in a person's name; creating a second account is strictly prohibited.

• The account must be managed by the account holder personally; betting or making payments through a third party is not allowed.

2.2 Responsibility for Providing Information

The user is required to provide their correct name, date of birth, address, and mobile number at the time of registration. If false or incorrect information is provided, bet9ja reserves the right to suspend or close the account at any time, and the balance in the account may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their login details (username and password) completely confidential. Users are advised to change their password regularly and not share it with anyone. If unauthorised access is suspected, the bet9ja support team must be notified immediately.

Age Limit and Identity Verification

All bet9ja services are for persons aged 21 or over only. Minors may not use this platform. bet9ja reserves the right to verify age and identity at any time via a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document.

If a verification request is made and the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, withdrawals from the account may be temporarily suspended. Withdrawals will be reactivated only after identity verification is complete.

Account Management

4.1 Single Account Policy

A person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found using the same device, IP address, payment method, or identity, bet9ja reserves the right to close them and, where applicable, forfeit the balances.

4.2 Account Deactivation

If a user performs no activity (login, betting, or payment) for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive. To reactivate an inactive account, the user must contact the support team.

4.3 Updating Information

To change registered contact details (mobile number, email, address), identity verification through the support team is required. Payment account details cannot be changed directly; a separate verification process must be followed for this.

Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Conditions

Deposits on bet9ja can currently be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. No additional charges apply at the time of deposit.

For bank transfers, accounts with major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank are accepted.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. After a withdrawal request is verified, payment is generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. The withdrawal method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer) must match the deposit method used.

5.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if identity verification has not been completed or if an investigation is ongoing. If bet9ja detects any discrepancy between deposits and withdrawals or identifies suspicious activity, it reserves the right to hold the withdrawal until further verification is complete.

Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

Odds displayed on bet9ja are subject to change, and the odds at the moment a bet is accepted are considered final. If odds change after a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation will apply.

6.2 Cancelled Bets

bet9ja may cancel a bet and return the user's stake in the following situations:

• If the event is cancelled or postponed.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
• If the result of an event cannot be confirmed from an official source.

6.3 Cash Out

Where a cash out option is available for a selected event, the user may withdraw a portion of the bet before the event ends. The cash out amount is determined by the market value at that moment and is not a guaranteed or fixed amount.

6.4 System Bets and Multi Bets

For a multi bet to win, all selections must be correct. If one selection is wrong, the entire multi bet is lost and the full stake is forfeited.

Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Welcome Bonus

Members making their first deposit on bet9ja are eligible for a 120% bonus, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, if someone deposits ৳1,000, they will receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200; the bonus amount of ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 must then be wagered.

The wagering requirement for bonuses is 10 times the bonus amount. That is, the specified amount must be bet before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

7.2 Bonus Restrictions

• Bets placed using a bonus must have minimum odds of 1.50 or higher.
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• bet9ja reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Any attempt to claim bonus benefits from multiple accounts will result in all such accounts being closed.

7.3 VIP Cashback

VIP members receive cashback on their weekly net losses. The cashback rate varies by VIP tier; full details are provided in the VIP section.

VIP Programme

The bet9ja VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs for each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback on the week's net losses.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Cashback is calculated on the net loss remaining after total winnings are deducted from total losses for the week. For example, if a Gold member's net loss in a week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160.

Higher VIP tiers can be reached through regular betting activity; no specific betting threshold is set. bet9ja reserves the right to modify VIP benefits.

Fair Use Policy

9.1 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Betting using software, bots, or automated systems.
• Applying arbitrage betting or sure-bet strategies.
• Participating in match fixing or any form of fraud.
• Using another person's payment account or bank details.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.

9.2 Investigation and Monitoring

bet9ja regularly monitors all account activity. If a suspicious pattern is detected, bet9ja reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals and place the account under investigation without prior verification.

Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Closure by bet9ja

bet9ja may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Breach of any clause in these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Providing false or misleading information.

10.2 Closure Request by the User

Any user may close their own account. Upon request, all valid withdrawable balances will be returned, but the bonus balance will be cancelled.

Limitation of Liability

• A bet being missed due to internet disconnection or technical issues.

In any situation, bet9ja's total liability shall not exceed the amount of the relevant bet or transaction.
